Christmas Ordering Timelines & Schedules: Ensure a Stress-Free Holiday Appreciation Campaign

The holiday season is a time for expressing appreciation and strengthening relationships with clients and employees. It’s a wonderful opportunity to show gratitude, but it’s also a period when production and shipping times can become unpredictable due to increased demand and potential delays. To avoid the stress of last-minute orders, it’s essential to plan well in advance and adhere to a timeline that allows for potential setbacks. In this blog post, we’ll outline a timeline to help your promotional merchandise arrives before December 20th, 2023.

October 23rd – 27th: Start Select Your Promotional Merchandise & Initiate the Graphics Design Process

  • Reach out to your Brand Specialist and begin selecting promotional merchandise.
  • Consider your budget and production lead times.
  • Initiate the graphics design process.

Remember that it takes about 3-5 business days for mock-ups.

  • Starting around the 23rd will ensure designs are ready by October 28th – November 3rd  for approval.
  • Be aware that revisions, if needed, take approximately 1-3 business days to complete.

November 1st-8th: Approval Deadline

  • This is the deadline for design approval.
  • Ensure all design approvals and final order details are confirmed by this date.

November 8th-December 18th: Production Phase

  • Orders have been submitted by the Brand Specialists and are now in production.

December 4th – 20th: Target Delivery Date

  • Our aim is to have everything delivered on or before December 20th.
  • We include buffer time to handle unexpected delays.

While unforeseeable situations can arise, and exact delivery dates can never be guaranteed, following this timeline increases the likelihood of having your promotional merchandise in hand before December 20th, 2023. The holiday season is an excellent time to express your appreciation, and proper planning will ensure your gifts and promotional items reach their recipients in a timely and stress-free manner. Start early, adhere to the schedule, and make this holiday season a memorable one for your clients and employees.
